Kiana Chan (b. 2003) is a Hong Kong-born violinist currently pursuing her Master’s degree at the Royal College of Music in London as a Stanbridge Drake-Brockman Scholar, studying under Professor Alexander Gilman. She graduated from the RCM with First Class Honours in her Bachelor of Music degree in 2025.
As a prominent member of the internationally acclaimed string ensemble LGT Young Soloists, Kiana has toured extensively, performing in many of the world’s most prestigious concert halls and festivals across Europe, Asia, and Australia, including the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, the Concertgebouw Amsterdam, the Shanghai Oriental Art Center, Victoria Concert Hall in Singapore, and Jockey Club Auditorium in Hong Kong. She has also appeared at major international festivals including the Gstaad Menuhin Festival, Ludwigsburger Schlossfestspiele, and südtirol festival merano . meran, performing as a soloist at each. Her performances at the Concertgebouw have also been featured in live radio broadcasts. With LGT Young Soloists, she has appeared both as a soloist and chamber musician, and has contributed to professional recordings and film projects. Her performances are recognised for their expressive musicality, refined technique, and commanding stage presence.
Kiana began her violin studies at the age of five at YCIS in Shanghai. At eleven, she became a pupil of the distinguished violinist Takako Nishizaki, and at fourteen she was accepted into Chetham’s School of Music in Manchester, where she studied with Jiafeng Chen.
She made her orchestral solo debut at the age of eleven with the Shanghai Philharmonic Orchestra, performing Lalo’s Symphonie Espagnole. Since then, she has appeared as a soloist with the Hong Kong City Chamber Orchestra and the Shanghai Baroque Orchestra. In 2022, she made her UK solo debut with the Alderley Edge Symphony Orchestra, performing Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto in E minor under the baton of Richard Howarth, with whom she also performed Saint-Saëns’s Violin Concerto No. 3 with the Wrexham Symphony Orchestra in 2025.

陈澄慧已活跃于国际古典音乐舞台，作为国际知名弦乐团 LGT Young Soloists 的成员，她曾随团巡演欧洲、亚洲及澳大利亚，并以独奏家及室内乐演奏家的身份登上世界重要音乐厅及音乐节的舞台，包括汉堡易北爱乐音乐厅、阿姆斯特丹皇家音乐厅、上海东方艺术中心、新加坡维多利亚音乐厅及香港赛马会演艺厅等。她曾亮相格施塔德梅纽因音乐节（Gstaad Menuhin Festival）、路德维希堡城堡音乐节 （Ludwigsburger Schlossfestspiele）及梅拉诺音乐节（südtirol festival merano . meran），并均以独奏家身份演出。在阿姆斯特丹皇家音乐厅的演出更获现场直播电台转播。通过与 LGT Young Soloists 的长期合作，她积累了丰富的国际舞台经验，并参与专业录音及电影项目。她以细腻而富有感染力的音乐表达、扎实精湛的演奏技巧以及自信而鲜明的舞台魅力，展现出令人瞩目的艺术潜力。
陈澄慧五岁起于上海耀中国际学校学习小提琴。十一岁时，她师从享誉国际的小提琴家西崎崇子（Takako Nishizaki）；十四岁考入英国曼彻斯特 Chetham’s School of Music，并师从陈家峰（Jiafeng Chen）。在接受系统而严格的英式音乐教育的同时，她逐渐建立起扎实的技术基础与成熟的音乐表达。
十一岁时，陈澄慧与上海爱乐乐团合作演出拉罗《西班牙交响曲》，完成管弦乐独奏首演。此后，她先后与香港城市室内乐团、上海巴洛克乐团等乐团合作担任独奏。2022年，她与 Alderley Edge Symphony Orchestra 合作，在 Richard Howarth 指挥下演出门德尔松《E小调小提琴协奏曲》，完成英国独奏首演；2025年，她再次与 Richard Howarth 合作，与 Wrexham Symphony Orchestra 演出圣-桑《第三小提琴协奏曲》。
凭借扎实的音乐训练、丰富的国际舞台经验及不断拓展的独奏事业，陈澄慧正逐步确立自己作为新一代青年小提琴家的独特艺术声音，并持续在国际舞台上展现其卓越的音乐才华与发展潜力。
